History

Moriah Hills began with a humble desire planted in the heart of Mr. Handiman Tjokrosaputro. With the unwavering support and continuous dedication of Mrs. Elizabeth Sindoro, that dream gradually took shape through the commitment of the Handiman Tjokrosaputro family.

By the grace of God, the first phase of Moriah Hills has now reached its milestone, Grand Opening on November 01, 2024. The moment marks a time of gratitude, reflection, and celebration of the journey of faith and perseverance in answering God’s calling.

Moriah Hills was established as a sacred place for spiritual renewal and community, where individuals from all walks of life are welcome to deepen their faith, find comfort in prayer, and experience a closer encounter with God.

Through various programs and activities, Moriah Hills aims to transform hearts and minds, strengthen unity among believers, and inspire individuals to carry God’s love into the world and live out their faith with purpose.

If usually attending a retreat is always in a mountainous atmosphere in Puncak and its surroundings, then this place is the opposite, it is on the outskirts of the city, nice and comfortable which is also localized.

The facilities are complete, there are meeting rooms according to people's needs, there is an amphitheater like a place for concerts in an open space, there are prayer rooms specifically for individuals, and other rooms.

The service and explanation by the staff about the space to be used, the rooms and the capacity of participants are very adequately described.

In the end, we did not retreat here, because our budget was still limited. But it is recommended for other friends if they want to try. Thank you.
